GS MOAA Dinner Meeting, December 9, 2025 at 5:30 pm
The December meeting will be at Pine Lakes Country Club, 5603 Granddaddy Dr. Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
Program: The Myrtle Beach High School Hawkappella will entertain us with choral Christmas music. Information about the Hawkappella is at the end of this invitation.

Please join us for our GS MOAA Dinner meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025,. Please do not forget your GS MOAA name tag if you have one.
Social time begins at 5:30 PM, followed by our program starting at 6:00 PM. A buffet-style dinner will be served at 6:30 PM. We expect to conclude around 7:45 PM.

PAYMENT MAY BE MADE: by credit card on line, or by check, cash or credit card at the door. Either way, prior registration is essential as we need to provide a pre-headcount to our dining club host.
Dress is business casual. You are encouraged to bring your spouse and other guests, especially if those guests are prospective members or are members who attend the dinners infrequently.

Presentation of the Colors at this dinner will be by a Color Guard from the Green Sea Floyds High School JROTC.

Introduction to Hawkappella: Hawkappella was formed by five members of the Myrtle Beach High School Seahawk Show Choir in the fall of 2024. The original members consisted of two seniors and three juniors from the show choir who excelled in singing, earning spots in All-County and All-State chorus. The group performed at school and in the community including a performance at the Greg Rowles Legacy Theatre at the holidays last year. In spite of the fact that two of the five members graduated, the remaining three members wanted Hawkappella to continue as a group. Now seniors, Will Abbott, Ethan Benezra, and Grace Pena, invited talented juniors Nuria McMillian and Christian Small to be the additional two needed members to continue the quintet.
