• Golf Foursome Team Registration - 0 veterans – $380.00
  Register a team foursome where no players are veterans. Identify team Captain as main registration and other 3 players as Guests.
• Golf Foursome Team Registration - 1 Veteran – $370.00
  Register team foursome where 1 player is a veteran. Identify Captain as main registration and other 3 players as Guests.
• Golf Foursome Team Registration - 2 Veterans – $360.00
  Register a team foursome where two players are veterans. Identify Captain as main registration and other 3 players as Guests.
• Golf Foursome Team Registration - 3 veterans – $350.00
  Register a foursome team where 3 players are veterans. Identify Captain as main registration and other players as guests.
• Golf Foursome Team Registration - 4 veterans – $340.00
  Register a foursome team with all 4 players as veterans. Identify all players including the Captain (main registration) and other team players (guests).
• Golf Individual Registration - Non-Veteran – $100.00
  Single Individual golf registration - non-veteran
• Golf Individual Registration - Veteran – $90.00
  Single Individual golfer who is a veteran: $90.
• Hole Sponsor - First Tee Sign – $100.00
  Hole Sponsor - One Tee Sign is $100. Additional signs are $75 each and should be ordered separately. Let us know what text/logo to put on each sign.
• Hole Sponsor - Second/Additional Tee Sign – $75.00
  First sign is $100 and additional Tee Signs are $75 each. Identify text and/or logo you want to go on each sign.
• Silent Auction or Raffle Prize Donation

• Sponsor $ 750 - Gold Sponsor – $750.00
  Major Tournament sponsorship. Comes with 3 players plus prominent recognition in tournament brochure, chapter website, at registration and on carts. A portion of this sponsorship may be tax deductible. Identify all golfers as "Guests" to this registration.
• Sponsor $1000 - Platinum Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Major sponsorship. Comes with one team foursome, prominent recognition in tournament brochure, GS MOAA website, at Registration and on carts. A portion of this sponsorship may be tax deductible. Identify all golfers as "Guests" to this registration.
• Sponsor $2500 and up - Tournament/Diamond Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Major tournament sponsor. Includes two team foursomes, full color banner at entrance to tournament, on-site presence at registration and luncheon areas, recognition on carts, tournament brochure and GS MOAA website.
